Mkv Fix — Young Sheldon S01e02

Just finished my weekly rewatch of Young Sheldon S01E02 (“A Rivalry and a Paleontology Predicament”), and I was watching the version (the one with the high bitrate that makes Sheldon’s plaid shirts pop ). A few things jumped out that you miss on a standard TV broadcast.

At 17:42, when Sheldon is in the library looking up “paleontology rivalries,” the book behind him is “A Brief History of Time” by Stephen Hawking. But the spine is misaligned. On first watch, you think it’s a prop error. On the MKV zoom? It’s actually a note written in Sharpie: “Sheldon—keep asking why.” (Possibly a crew inside joke, but I’m choosing to believe it’s canon.) Just finished my weekly rewatch of Young Sheldon
