After being hit by the wave, he developed a unique and dangerous ability: —the power to mentally interface with and control any mechanical vehicle. In his own words, he could "talk" to machines. His Modus Operandi Dthrip wasn't interested in robbing banks or taking over the city. His goal was far more niche and petty: he wanted to be the greatest getaway driver in the criminal underworld. Using his powers, he could hotwire any car, truck, or motorcycle with a mere thought. He could also cause vehicles to malfunction, slam on brakes, or accelerate uncontrollably.
What made Dthrip a unique threat was that Barry’s standard tactics were useless. You can’t outrun a man you can’t touch because he’s inside a two-ton armored truck. His abilities proved so effective that he became a ghost—no physical evidence, no break-in, just a missing payload.
