"Trying to recover my SkyMiles login has been a nightmare. The 'Forgot Password' link either sends a reset email that takes 30 minutes to arrive (by which time the link has expired) or it never arrives at all. The CAPTCHA verification glitches out on mobile browsers, and the phone automated system just loops you back to the website. I have miles I need to use, but I literally cannot access my account.
