Select the bank account associated with the blocked debit card.
Objective: To provide clear instructions for unblocking a NatWest debit card via digital banking channels without needing to visit a branch or call customer service.
Enter the new PIN (or confirm your existing PIN). Submit the request.
Locate the blocked card and click on "Unblock card" or "Reset PIN."
Find the "Card services" or "Manage cards" menu. This is often under a tab labelled “Your accounts” or “Cards.”
Go to the NatWest website and log in to Online Banking .
You will be asked to verify your identity using your card reader and card (a small device NatWest provides for extra security). Follow the instructions to generate a one-time code.
On the home screen, tap on the account linked to the blocked debit card.
