Core Concept “Dungeon Desire” is a dynamic difficulty and reward scaling system. The deeper a player ventures into a dungeon without returning to town, the more the dungeon itself begins to psychologically and physically covet the player. This desire manifests as escalating curses (negative modifiers) but also exponentially increasing "Favor" (unique rewards).
