I’ve done some searching, but most links are dead or point to Dell’s old Windows 7 drivers.

The Broadcom USH (Unified Security Hub) is the driver for the built-in fingerprint reader and smart card reader . Without this driver, Windows sees the hardware but doesn't know what to do with it.
