As a last resort, file a trace with the shipper or consignee. Sometimes the load already delivered but the status wasn’t updated. The receiver can confirm with a timestamp and name. The bottom line CCTL tracking is not best-in-class, but it’s usable if you approach it correctly. The automated tools (email and phone) cover the basics.
