Has anyone here ever gotten more than a generic reply from BVG? Or am I just shouting into the void? P.S. – The BVG complaint form is also available in English if you click the little flag icon on their website. Don’t let the German bureaucracy scare you off.

Here’s what happened:

The U-Bahn was 12 minutes late – no announcement. Then it was so overcrowded that people couldn’t get off at their stop. When I finally arrived at my connecting station, the S-Bahn (also BVG-run on that line) left 2 minutes early. Total delay: 25 minutes. – The BVG complaint form is also available
